Article 1 - General scope and object of the agreement
The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between you as a client and REGON Tactical (owned by David Ortiz Ponce) when using our website www.regontactical.com and/or our application REGON Tactical.
Navigating or interacting on our website or app means that you expressly agree to these T&C without reserve.
We may modify these T&C at any time without prior notice, with immediate effect once published.
By agreeing, you confirm you are of legal age in your country. Minors must have consent from their legal representatives.
It is forbidden to use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempt to hack, alter, attack, or compromise the integrity of our systems.
Article 2 - Content and Intellectual property
Content provided may be free or require registration/subscription.
All content (texts, images, videos, logos) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
Users are not allowed to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or exploit content without authorization.
Article 3 - Subscription and payment
Some features may require payment or subscription (In-App Purchases - IAP).
Subscription fees will be displayed before ordering.
Payments are processed through third-party platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store).
Banking details are never stored by us.
We reserve the right to change fees; users may cancel before renewal.
Refunds or cancellations are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Article 4 - Registration process
Registration may be required to access certain features (comments, interaction).
Each account is personal; sharing credentials is prohibited.
Notify us at regonapp@gmail.com if you believe your account is compromised.
Third-party logins (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.) may be available. Users must review those services’ policies.
Article 5 - Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that all content is accurate or error-free. Users access the app at their own risk.
Article 6 - Content moderation and user generated content
Users are responsible for any content uploaded (comments, images, videos).
It is forbidden to upload illegal, abusive, offensive, obscene or hateful content, or impersonate others.
Hate speech, discrimination, malware, spam or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to delete content or suspend accounts without notice.
Article 7 - Liability
We are not liable for interruptions, technical issues, fraudulent use, network failures or unauthorized access.
Article 8 - Third-party links
Our app may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or damages resulting from using external links. Users must review third-party policies separately.
Article 9 - Disclaimer of warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Content is provided for informational purposes only.
We may remove or update services without prior notice.
We are not liable for any indirect or direct damages, including loss of profits, data or revenues.
Article 10 - Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless REGON Tactical and its owner against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the app or violation of these T&C.
Article 11 - Severability
If any clause of these T&C is declared unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply in full force.
Article 12 - Termination
These T&C apply unless terminated by either party.
Users may terminate by ceasing to use the services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion without notice.
Article 13 - Governing Law and Venue
These T&C are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
